About Us
Nichols Station Condominiums is an L-shaped, three-story brick building downtown, on the isthmus of Madison, Wisconsin. Built as apartments in the mid-1980s, it was remodeled into condominiums in the early 2000s.
Condo residents enjoy a secure facility, a well-appointed courtyard, patios or balconies, and a professional management company. Plus, James Madison Park on Lake Mendota is our backyard, and Capitol Square is two blocks away!
When you purchase a Nichols Station condo, you automatically become a member of the Condominium Association. This is a community governed by an elected Board of Directors. All owners and residents adhere to our legal documents: Declaration, Bylaws, and Rules & Regulations.
Nestled in the inner elbow of the complex is Nichols Station Apartments. The similar names are from when there was one owner of both buildings. Those apartments are integrated into Madison's oldest water pumping station.
