Reserve Study

A reserve study is a report compiled by an engineer who assesses the various building elements and establishes a remaining useful life of those elements. The report then provides a road map for reserve account funding to allow the Association to repair or replace those elements at the end of their useful life. 

 

The Board of Directors refers to the Reserve Study frequently throughout the year and when planning the budget for the coming year.
